Roasted Garlic Parmesan Broccoli is an easy side dish that’s bursting with flavor!
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper or coat with nonstick cooking spray.
Place broccoli onto prepared pan. Add olive oil, minced garlic, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Toss to combine, then spread in an even layer on baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until tender.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese, and squeeze lemon juice on top (if desired). Serve immediately.
