Decadent creamy garlic and gorgonzola sauce that can be used in a multitude of ways. Add it to meat, potatoes, veggies, and other recipes.
Heat skillet on low-medium heat. Add butter and let melt. Add flour and mix with a wire whisk to create a roux.
Turn heat down to low and add heavy cream and chicken stock, stirring the entire time. Add gorgonzola and garlic, stirring for another 1 to 2 minutes. Mixture should be thick and creamy.
Add on meats, vegetables, or use as a dipping sauce.

Yum. I can imagine dipping crusty bread cubes (or even tart granny smith apples!) in it, almost like a cheese fondue.
