Think you hate Brussels sprouts? Think again. Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Dried Cherries and Pecans are savory and sweet with just the right crunch.
1. Preheat oven to 475 F.
2. In a large roaster pan, toss trimmed and quartered Brussels sprouts, pecans and onions with oil to coat them. Put pan into the oven.
3. Roast for 10 minutes, then stir and add cherries. Roast for 5-7 more minutes until cut sides of sprouts are browned.
4. Remove from oven. Add salt and pepper to taste.
