Oven roasted Brussels sprouts with a balsamic drizzle. So easy and delicious!
Preheat your oven to 400 F. In a medium sized bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper until evenly coated. Spread the Brussels sprouts onto a greased cookie sheet in a single layer. Roast the sprouts in the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until the outer leaves start to crisp. Toss the sprouts twice throughout the cooking process. Once they are crispy on the outside and tender in the center, transfer them to a serving bowl. Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar.
