Potato chunks covered in ranch dressing, topped with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
Wash and boil whole potatoes with the skin on. Spray a pan with non-stick spray. Drain potatoes, transfer to pan. Cut potatoes into bite-sized chunks. Cover potatoes with ranch dressing, followed by grated cheddar cheese and top with crumbled bacon. Heat in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, hot and bubbly. Enjoy.
This can be made in any size to fit the crowd that you are feeding. Great!
