Not your every day corn casserole. The topping really makes this recipe unique, with loads of flavor!
For topping, melt 1/2 stick of butter in skillet on medium heat. Add onion and sauté until onions are clear.
Stir in cheddar cheese soup. Add dill and a few dashes of hot sauce to your taste (I usually add 6-7).
Meanwhile, beat the 2 eggs in a medium bowl and then add the remaining ingredients and mix until just moistened.
Pour this into a greased casserole dish and dot top with the cheese topping mixture. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
