The low-fat fast version of the big baked potato casserole. Boatbuilder will eat this.
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a 9 x 13 dish with Pam.
2. Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheese, butter, and pepper. Cook until cheese melts.
3. Put hash browns in a big mixing bowl, add cheese mixture. Mix well.
4. Spread the mixture in the dish and bake for 55-60 minutes.
