The Perfect Pinto!
Soak beans overnight.
Combine ingredients. Cook on high pressure for 50 minutes. Allow pressure to come down naturally.
Can be made w/o a pressure cooker by simmering soaked beans over low heat for about 2 hours or until tender.

I love to cook my pintos in the pressure cooker. it saves so much time and they get so pretty and pink.

Beans out of a pressure cooker are really just that tasty. I wouldn’t do them any other way when I want them good and cooked.
