A simple variation helps to ramp up your asparagus to spectacular!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cut off white ends of asparagus, rinse and dry with a towel. Place in a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Using tongs, roll the asparagus around to make sure it is completely coated with olive oil.
Sprinkle parmesan and pepper on top of asparagus. Place in the oven. Bake at 350ºF uncovered for about 25 minutes or to desired doneness.
Remove from the oven and serve.
