Great side dish that is easy to throw together and only uses a few ingredients, but is still full of flavor.
Bring chicken broth to a boil and add the orzo. Cook according to package directions or until al dente. Drain orzo and add back to the saucepan. Stir in grated parmesan, basil and salt and pepper to taste. If the orzo seems a little starchy, add a drizzle of olive oil and stir.
