A quick and easy method of pan roasting veggies, getting them from prep to table in just 15 minutes!
Heat a small saucepan with olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add Brussels sprouts and jalapeño, stirring every 2-3 minutes. After about 9 minutes of cooking and stirring have passed, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
