A robust, juicy tomatoes with basil, Parmesan cheese and drizzled in balsamic glaze.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet or a small oven safe baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss tomatoes with olive oil and spread out on baking sheet or dish. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt, pepper, basil and cheese.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes, or until tomatoes have softened but not split.
Add tomatoes to a bowl and toss with balsamic glaze or balsamic dressing.
