Oven Roasted Parmesan Asparagus is a quick and easy side dish combining healthy asparagus, minced garlic and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. This tasty side is one of my go-to recipes for easy weeknight meals.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Arrange asparagus in single layer on baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Bake until crisp tender, approximately 8–15 minutes or until just fork tender.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and serve.
Note: Roasting time will vary depending on thickness of asparagus.
