The garlic and rosemary make these sweet potato fries irressistible.
Slice the sweet potatoes lengthwise into three or four long wedges. Then slice each wedge into a homestyle fry shape. Arrange in a single layer in a baking dish. Top with garlic, rosemary, salt and cinnamon. Drizzle everything with a bit of vegetable oil.
Roast in the oven at 425 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until fries are tender. A little bit of browning will likely occur. Don’t panic! This adds another level of sweet and savory goodness to your fries.
