These small delicious potatoes will doll up any main course. Perfect for two.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a skillet on medium heat, heat butter. Add potatoes and salt, and sauté 4 minutes. Set aside.
In a small saucepan over low heat, add glaze ingredients. Stir well and cook 2–3 minutes, Set aside.
In an 8″ x 8″ baking dish, add potatoes. Pour glaze evenly over everything. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 minutes.
Serve immediately and enjoy the flavors! We love these with grilled seafood.
