Side dish that will leave you wanting more!
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a large saucepan, frying pan or skillet over medium heat, add orange juice, light brown sugar, honey, and black pepper. Stir gently and cook 2–3 minutes. Add sliced carrots and gently stir. Cover and bake 12 minutes or until fork-tender.
Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve. Works well with ham or pork.
