Three-ingredient baked French fries!
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Rinse and clean potatoes (you can leave the skin on) and cut it into French fry shapes (I like mine thinner, but feel free to make fatter fries if that’s what you like).
Toss potato slices with onion soup mix and olive oil.
Place potatoes on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until nice and crisp, stirring them around after 20 to 25 minutes of cooking.
