Description
Delicious, smooth mashed potatoes that need no gravy!
Ingredients
- 4 cups Hot Or Cold Mashed Potatoes
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Diced
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Canned French Fried Onion Rings
Preparation
Beat the potatoes, cream cheese, onion, eggs, flour, and salt and pepper together until fluffy. Place in a greased 9-inch pan. Cover with the French fried onion rings and bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
