I have tried several corn casseroles in the past, but mom’s was the top choice. This is a creamy, sweet vegetable that is assembled in a hurry.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl then pour it into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and smooth the top. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until lightly brown on top and firm in the center.
Note: This recipe can easily be cut in half and baked in an 8 x 8 inch dish for 2-4 people.
