Corn that is grilled in its husk, and when done, lathered in mayonnaise, grated cheese, and sprinkled with chili powder. Your corn will never be the same.
Trim the ends of the corn, and soak them in a large pot of water for one hour. The goal is to cook the corn, on the grill, in their husks. This allows for a great corn flavor, and allows the corn to take a steam bath on the grill.
Heat your grill to a medium/high heat, around 400 degrees. Place the corn on the grill, turning every 5 minutes or so. Cook for 20-30 minutes on the grill.
Once cooked, carefully pull down the husks and twist, as this can be your handle to hold the cob. Brush the cob with mayonnaise, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and chili powder.

I love corn like this! It reminds me of when I was a kid, there would always be a vendor selling these on the sidewalk after church.

Try adding lime juice to the mayo!
