This is a delicious side dish that can be made ahead for holiday dinners or pot lucks. So easy, yet so yummy!
Place drained peas in a bowl, dice the boiled eggs and add them. Then, add onion, pickle and cheese. Add a little salt and pepper and gently stir in the mayonnaise. Taste, adjust seasonings, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir gently again before serving.
