Description

This is a delicious side dish that can be made ahead for holiday dinners or pot lucks. So easy, yet so yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) English Peas, Drained
  • 2 whole Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Onion (optional)
  • 1 whole Pickle, Diced (We Like Dill, But You Can Use Sweet Or Bread And Butter Pickles)
  • 3 ounces, weight Mild Cheddar Cheese (cut In Small Cubes)
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 3 Tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise

Preparation

Place drained peas in a bowl, dice the boiled eggs and add them. Then, add onion, pickle and cheese. Add a little salt and pepper and gently stir in the mayonnaise. Taste, adjust seasonings, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir gently again before serving.
