A delicious side to accompany fish or meat!
- Cut the cauliflower into large chunks, removing the leaves and stem. Rinse.
– Steam the cut cauliflower until soft, about 15-20 minutes.
– Drain and put the cauliflower back into the pan, along with the rest of the ingredients.
– Use a potato masher or an immersion blender to mash the mix.
– Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
