I tried your Marinated Veggie Salad as my contribution to a potluck, and practically every morsel vanished at the party! I had just enough to bring home a taste for my husband who couldn’t attend the party and he liked it too! So, I think it’s unanimous: we all loved it. One party-goer declared it “Awesome.” Thank you, thank you for the recipe. It will go in our party food file (which is selective). I may even make it for my mother-in-law. Marie

Took this to a potluck and it ALL disappeared! It’s not very pretty leftover (avocado turns grayish), so only make enough for whatever meal you’re making it for. Very tasty fresh; that’s why I gave it 5 mitts.
