Brussels sprouts roasted with a tasty glaze!
Defrost and pat dry Brussels sprouts, if using frozen sprouts. If using fresh, peel outer leaves and trim stems. Slice sprouts in half or leave whole if they are small.
Whisk together maple syrup, mustard, salt and olive oil. Toss sprouts with mixture, roast in a 400-degree oven for 20 minutes.
Hint: If using fresh sprouts, you may want to blanch them for 3 minutes before adding the glaze and roasting.
