Cheesy and easy … what more could you want in a side dish? My mom always made this when we were kids, and I still make it for my dad to this day. It’s ridiculously easy and possibly one of the tastiest side dishes you can make. I always make it for parties and everyone loves it! It may not be the healthiest side dish, but hey, you gotta live sometimes. Just go walk an extra mile after eating!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together and pour in a baking dish. Bake covered for 20 minutes, uncover and stir and bake for an additional 15-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and macaroni is cooked through. Delish!
I honestly double and triple this recipe and it’s always fine. Sometimes I like more macaroni, so I throw it in; sometimes I like more cheese, so I throw that in, too. Other times, I am feeling ‘healthy’ and cut back the butter. You can’t mess this one up, I swear! Enjoy!

We make this often. Never lasts long. The kids always eat this first.
