I love pea shoots but have never sauteed them before. I had some Brussels sprouts and thought they would go very well together! This dish is very simple but is oh so good! I could have eaten just a big plate of this for dinner.
Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes. Add the pea shoots, juice of the lemon, cayenne, salt and pepper. If you need to add a little more oil move everything to the side and add about a teaspoon and let it heat up before mixing it in. Cook about 3 to 5 more minutes until the pea shoots are wilted and the Brussels sprouts are crunchy but done. Hope you like this as much as we did!
