A healthy side that goes great with any dish.
Fill pot with water and bring to a boil on medium heat. Place Brussels sprouts in pot and boil for 15 minutes.
Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in bowl or plastic bag. Place sprouts into bowl/bag and pour oil mixture over, mix well.
Sprinkle some grated lemon zest over sprouts when serving. Enjoy!
