A super-flavorful side dish to accompany any main course. We love it with country ham, roast beef or chicken.
Preheat oven to 425 F.
In a large mixing bowl add green beans, lemon zest and juice, salt, black pepper and onion powder, and stir with a spatula to mix well.
In a small saucepan or frying pan on low heat add sesame seeds and roast just a few minutes until they start to smell nutty. Set aside.
Using a non-stick or greased baking sheet pan, spread green beans into a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and mix with clean hands. Place into the oven on the middle rack and roast for 15 minutes (at the halfway point flip the green beans so they evenly bake). Remove from oven and garnish with roasted sesame seeds. Delicious! Enjoy!

sounds delicious, I was looking for something with green beans.
