Description

These sound strange, but they are really good! A nice change of pace.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ pound Small New Potatoes, Unpeeled
  • ¼ cups Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Melt the butter in a small casserole dish.

Stir in the horseradish, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley and salt and pepper.

Add the potatoes and toss to coat with the butter mixture.

Cover and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for l hour or until potatoes are tender.
