A Lithuanian potato casserole.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10 x 13 pan.
1. Saute the onions and bacon in the butter.
2. Add bacon, onion, and butter to grated potatoes.
3. Stir in salt, pepper, flour and hot milk.
4. Beat eggs in a separate bowl, and add to the potato mix.
5. Mix well.
Bake for 90 minutes until brown. Cut into squares and serve with sour cream.

Yay Lithuania! My mom always made me potato pancakes growing up, but this also looks delightful.
