Steaming vegetables are the best way to get the most out of them. With a splash of Kikkoman soy sauce, some vinegar, sesame oil and sugar, you get a lovely, tasty serving of your 5-a-day, or more!
1. Steam the prepared veggies in a pot with a quarter cup of water and the lid on. Put in the carrots and broccoli first, then the savoy cabbage, before finally adding the spinach right at the end.
2. Meanwhile, whisk together the Kikkoman soy sauce with the vinegar, sesame oil and caster sugar.
3. Remove into a serving bowl and toss together with the Kikkoman seasoning. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
