Yummy vegetable side.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Melt 1 stick of butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted add both cans of cream of mushroom soup and mix to combine. Add the drained green beans. Stir and cook until bubbly. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
Melt 1/2 stick butter (in the microwave for a minute or so, or in a saucepan over medium heat). Once melted add crushed Ritz crackers. Put this on top of the casserole.
Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
