This African dish is simple and delicious, and can be made with items you have on hand!
Bring corn and peas to a boil. Reduce and simmer until both are cooked. If you’re using dried peas like me, cook them separately according to the package directions, then add them to the cooked corn. Drain and mix into the prepared mashed potatoes (I added butter, cream, salt and pepper to mine). Add salt to taste. Enjoy!
