A modern twist on a picnic classic. Enjoy these deviled eggs with the hummus flavor of your choice!
Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Place egg whites on a serving plate.
Place yolks into fine mesh sleeve and press through to finely mince the yolks. Place in a bowl. Add hummus, Dijon, scallions, salt and pepper and mix well.
Evenly fill cavities of egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika then minced chives. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
