I make these simple honey-glazed carrots as a side dish. The honey, butter and brown sugar jazz up the cooked carrots, but of course take most of the nutritional value out of them. The sauce will make you want to eat your vegetables!
Cook the carrots and drain. Combine butter, brown sugar, honey and salt in a saucepan on low heat. Add cooked carrots and simmer until coated and heated through. Stir gently.
