My favorite roasted potato recipe! It is always a winner and very easy to make.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Wash and cut the potatoes into quarters and put into a medium sized bowl. Add the oil, garlic, salt, pepper and herbs de provence into the bowl with the potatoes. Mix all the ingredients together until the seasoning and oil coat all the potatoes.
Pour into a non-stick pan and place in the oven. After about 15 minutes you will want to mix the potatoes so that one side doesn’t burn. They are done when they are fork tender which is roughly 35 minutes or so depending on the size of the potatoes.
**The seasoning measurements are very easily adapted. If you don’t like pepper or garlic the potatoes are still great without them.
