Quick and easy veggie to go with your dinner, and oh so yummy!
In a large fry pan (I used my cast iron pan), add olive oil and heat to medium. Then add green onions/leeks and garlic; saute for about 5 minutes, stirring often. Add cabbage and salt and pepper; toss everything together so the olive oil coats the cabbage. Fry over medium heat for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
