The most amazing way to eat corn on the cob…a delicious break from the norm!
Shuck the corn and preheat your grill on high.
Combine all ingredients (everything except the corn and Parmesan) in a bowl.
Grill the corn over high heat until cooked through and slightly charred on all sides, about 10 minutes total. When corn is finished, remove it from the grill and baste with the creamy mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan over corn. For extra kick, lightly sprinkle with even more chili powder! Serve!
