Grill up these mushrooms for an easy and delicious side dish … with a kick!
In a large zip top bag, marinate mushrooms in olive oil, chili garlic sauce, salt and pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
Heat grill to medium high heat.
I make a tin foil plate for the mushrooms (or you can use one of those veggie trays they make for the grill). Place mushrooms on the foil and place on pre-heated grill. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and cover the grill. Cook for about 15 to 18 minutes, stirring around a couple of times.
Remove from grill and enjoy!
