Description

This is a delicious way to eat cabbage!

Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 8 Tablespoons Butter
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges. Place each wedge on a double layer of aluminum foil.

Top each wedge with 1 tablespoon butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Seal foil to make a packet for each wedge of cabbage.

Grill the cabbage for 25-30 minutes over medium heat, turning once.
