The Grilled Asparagus will cook best on a gas grille. This recipe is super-simple, takes no time, and will complement almost any dish, beef, chicken, pork or fish.
1. Trim the bottom 1″ of the fresh asparagus.
2. Clean asparagus by hand in HOT water.
3. Place asparagus in a casserole dish or cake pan.
4. Add extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning.
5. Coat asparagus with olive oil mixture.
6. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but no more than 24 hours.
7. Place the asparagus on your gas grille on a low setting of 300 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
