Green chile corn casserole topped with crispy french-fried onions.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Drain corn. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except the french-fried onions. Pour into a 2.5 quart oven-safe casserole dish and smooth the top. Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and add french onion topping. Bake for 10 more minutes or until onions are golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven. Cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
