Description

Delicious, quick and easy way to prepare green beans!

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Cashews, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Green Beans, Ends Trimmed
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ whole Lemon Juice

Preparation

Toast the nuts in a small skillet over medium heat until browned on both sides. Be careful not to burn them as they burn quickly. Take off of the heat and set aside.

In a large pan over medium-high heat, cook green beans with olive oil until they reach your desired doneness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Put the beans into a serving dish, and top with the lemon juice and toasted nuts!
