This is my last recipe for September where our recipe theme has been to use items from your pantry. I must admit, though, apart from the pasta, a few of the ingredients aren’t perhaps in most pantries. They are in mine since we love olives and I’m a cheese fanatic with usually at least 5 or 6 varieties in the fridge at any given time. If you need to pick up a few of these items, I think you will find it well worth doing so.
Cook pasta. Chop olives. Mix the reserved olive liquid and sandwich spread.
Toss together the pasta, olives, liquid mixture, onions and feta cheese.
