Description
My mother’s best artichokes.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil, Enough To Coat The Bottom Of The Pan
- 4 whole Artichoke Hearts
- ½ cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 cups Water
Preparation
Coat the bottom of a pan with olive oil, add the artichoke hearts and sprinkle all remaining ingredients on top of the artichokes. Add enough water to completely cover the artichokes.
Cook over a low heat for about 20 minutes.
Serve hot!
