My Great Grandma Gertie handed this recipe down to us. It was so scrumptious! It’s sweet, savory, and just plain delicious!!
Set the roaster to 325F.
Place all of the corn in the roaster pan, put the butter, sugar and half and half in also. Mix together, put the lid on and cook for 1-1/2 hours. Stirring often.
After 1-1/2 hours take the corn from the pan and cool it quickly. When it’s completely cooled, put it into quart baggies to freeze!

Hi, After you freeze them, do you use it where you would call for corn?
