Flavour explosion! Made in 25 minutes with healthy oils, turmeric, cumin and paprika.
Preheat oven to 180°C (355ºF).
Place cauliflower florets on a large baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sesame oil. Sprinkle on turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt and ground black pepper. Toss everything together until evenly coated with oil and spices. Add a little more spice or oil if necessary.
Roast for 18–20 minutes until tender but not too soft. Toss with a large spoon halfway through cooking time.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
