This is a nice easy recipe that will add great variety, taste and color to your Thanksgiving menu.
Heat water until it reaches a full boil. Add carrots. Cook carrots over medium heat 10-12 minutes until they are crisp-tender. Drain the water. Remove carrots from pan, cover to keep warm.
Add butter, sugar, mustard and rosemary to same saucepan. Cook 2 minutes or until butter is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Add carrots, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into serving bowl and sprinkle with parsley. Serve and enjoy.
