I am not one to be negative but this recipe needed help…I followed the directions to a T and came up with VERY bland green beans. So, since I didn’t want to waste them, I added beef broth and reduced it. I added about 8 cloves of garlic, a tbsp of kosher salt, olive oil and simmered it for about 10 minutes and added in sauted mushrooms too.

Amazing! I think my husband got three servings of these the first time I made them!

These were delicious! The green beans at my grocery store didn’t look very fresh, so I used good quality frozen green beans instead, steamed them, and followed the recipe as described. Yum! I can’t wait to try this recipe with fresh green beans.

I made this for my family for Thanksgiving and I don’t think I have ever gotten more compliments before. They were absolutely divine! And the smell of the garlic and parmesan was out of this world. I have to admit that I ate some right out of the pan when no one was looking. These are defintely a new favorite for me.
