Mashed potatoes with a twist, a little garlic, a little yogurt and a little love! This creamy dish is sure to be a hit!
In a large pot add the water, chicken broth and potatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes, until potatoes are fork tender.
Once done, drain liquid from pot, add yogurt, butter, garlic and mash everything with a hand mixer or potato masher until creamy. Mix in your fresh dill and salt and pepper (to taste).
Serve and enjoy!
